This is a lap behind my friend Allen during the NASA weekend at Grattan in Michigan.

For Memorial Day, I joined the Corvette Club at Nelson Ledges Road Course for a Time Trial Event.  I thought it was going to be open lapping in the morning and timed laps in the afternoon.  It turned out to be 11 parade laps in the morning and 5 timed laps in the afternoon.  Since this was my first time at the track I wasn't able to get the best time out of my car, but still finished a respectable 12th of 42 drivers (ahead of 30 corvettes).  Please keep in mind this is only my 16th lap around the track and only 5th at speed.

I forgot my wide-angle lens and only got the camera in the car for the last session so these aren't the greatest videos, but hey, they're better than nothing.

A lap at Mid-Ohio 4/22/07 - I got a good run on the Spec Miata coming out of one and then made a few blatant mistakes trying to give my girlfriend a fun trip around the track.  I guess I need to knock the rust off from the winter.

Allen at Mid-Ohio 4/22/07  -  This was Al's first weekend in TT.  I think he picked up a few seconds over the weekend and should be up there fighting with us for the lead in no time.
